An intensive and fun 8-week course for ladies only
Did you know that boxing is one of the best workouts to become fit and strong in a very short amount of time? With our professional 8-week boxing course we make boxing accessible, safe and fun for woman. You do not need any experience to start, and we promise you will have a smile on your face every class.
During the course you will learn step by step all the techniques of boxing, burn fat, strengthen your muscles and feel super fit and powerful within a few weeks. Boxing is a great physical and mental workout that increases your confidence and serotonine level.
You will feel fit, strong and simply happier!
Vacation plans, sick or just busy during the 8 week course?
No worries! Your credits are valid for 3 months and you can catch up all missed classes (during or after the 8-week course). Super flexible and fun!
Good to know:
- Workout: 60 minutes per class
- 7 days per week, in the morning and every evening between 17:00 and 22:00
- Super flexible: You can book your sessions (days/time/location) each week in advance and change it up to 6 hours before the session starts
- Limited number of places available
