Boxing Sisters started with a simple idea: Make boxing accessible to women in an environment that feels safe, energetic and motivating. The concept was founded by boxers who bring their passion, experience and energy into every training session. Today, Boxing Sisters has grown into the first and largest ladies-only boxing community in Europe.
From beginners to advanced: Women of all levels learn real boxing at Boxing Sisters and train at their own pace on strength, conditioning and confidence. With experienced and motivating coaches by your side, you work on technique, conditioning and powerful full-body workouts with fast, visible results.
More than just a boxing gym, Boxing Sisters is a community where women motivate and support each other and grow stronger together.

LADIES ONLY
BOXING BEGINNERS
The Boxing Sisters beginners class is the ideal way to start boxing and really learn it well. You don't need any experience, and you don't need to be in top shape to join. You train at your own pace, but you can still get the most out of yourself in every class. The classes are accessible, motivating, and held in a welcoming atmosphere where everyone feels at home.
We start with the basics: stance, footwork and punches. Step by step, our experienced coaches teach you the fundamentals of boxing — from punches and defence to combinations. Every class builds on the last, so you develop real technique while working on your conditioning, strength and mental resilience. Our coaches are with you every step of the way.
You walk into class and leave the gym with more energy, strength and confidence.

KEEP IMPROVING
TECHNIQUE & SKILLS
Technique & Skills is all about refining your boxing technique and skills at a higher level. In these intensive sessions, different elements of boxing are covered at a high pace. Punching technique, footwork and stance are applied in practice through attacking and defensive combinations, so you don't just learn the technique — you really understand it and use it.
Throughout these classes you continuously learn new techniques and combinations, which keeps every session challenging and varied. The wide variety of drills and training formats keeps you developing and getting better at boxing.

BOXING FITNESS
STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
Strength & Conditioning combines boxing, strength and conditioning in one intense workout. Improve your technique, build strength and take your conditioning to the next level. Your whole body gets stronger, fitter and leaner through the combination of strength training, conditioning work and boxing technique. You burn plenty of calories, build muscle power and work towards a lean, strong body.
At the same time, focused drills and heavy bag training sharpen your technique and stamina, so you don't just get fitter — you also become a better boxer.
Every workout makes you stronger, both physically and mentally.

POWER & CONDITIONING
BAG WORKOUT
This workout is everything you're looking for in one session: boxing, heavy bag training, strength and conditioning — all combined in an explosive full-body workout!
