Our 8 week boxing course is a great way for everyone to get fit and strong while having fun. In just 8 weeks you’ll learn all the techniques of boxing, burn calories, strengthen your muscles and feel super fit and powerful. Boxing is a great physical and mental workout that increases your confidence and serotonine level. You will feel fit, strong and simply happier!

MEMBER classes

If you’re already familiar with the basics, our member classes are perfect for taking your skills to the next level. We’ll challenge you with new boxing techniques, intensive workouts, and opportunities for sparring. Our trainers will provide individual attention, ensuring that you constantly improve and achieve your personal best.


If you occasionally want to go all out on a punching bag and get a full-body workout at the same time, you can. With rousing music and an enthusiastic trainer by your side, you’ll burn up to 1,000 cal per class.


If you would like to experience kickboxing, you can! Kickboxing is a fun variation on boxing. In a safe and fun way you can learn all kickboxing techniques.
