We’re looking for a Boxing Trainer (Team Lead) in Munich. You have a background in boxing or kickboxing, feel comfortable leading groups, and enjoy building connections in the local community. You speak fluent German and/or English and live in Munich.

In this role, you will:

• Give classes: lead structured, high-energy boxing sessions that keep members coming back

• Coach trainers: support and develop our trainer team, keep quality consistent, and help others grow

• Build the community: create a welcoming vibe and build strong connections with our members.
