The job
As a Boxing Sisters region manager, you’re responsible for multiple Boxing Sisters locations.
You’re people focussed; you always want to support the trainers that work in these locations & create impact for the Sisters that train in these locations.
Questions you ask yourself regularly are:
- Do the trainer have everything they need?
- How are the trainings impacting the lives of the Sisters?
Things you will do regularly:
- Answer questions from trainers
- Make schedule changes
- Supply the Boxing Sisters locations
- Quality control
