We want to get more women into boxing! As we see boxing as training to grow physically and mentally. Therefore, we have developed a training concept especially for female boxing starters, whose launch in Berlin has already been a success. In order to expand our concept to other cities in Germany and lift our company to the next level, we need exactly you!
As a personal assistant, you work directly under the management team and support them in their day to day work. You’ll be working in a small team with plans for future expansion throughout Germany. You can work from home in the Netherlands but are sometimes required to travel to Berlin and other cities.
What we expect from you:
Sales & Customer Support:
- Responsible for giving new prospects relevant information about our course via phone and email.
- Assisting prospects with signing up and creating accounts, making purchases
- Answering incoming questions via e-mail and phone
- Newsletters and writing notices to clients (c.q. cancelled lessons, roster changes)
Personnel:
- First point of contact for personnel
- Responsible for personnel roster (leave, sickness, vacation)
- Hiring and recruiting new employees
Locations:
- First point of contact for locations we rent
- Finding new indoor locations (new cities)
About you:
- Fluent in English and German (IMPORTANT!)
- Positive and forward thinking attitude
- Highly motivated self starter
- High sense of personal accountability
- Equipped with basic principles of information technology
- Understands the importance of professionalism
- Resilient and capable of juggling priorities
