Did you know that boxing is one of the best workouts to become fit and strong in a very short amount of time? With our professional 8-week boxing course we make boxing accessible, safe and fun for woman. You do not need any experience to start, and we promise you will have a smile on your face every class.

During the course you will learn step by step all the techniques of boxing, burn fat, strengthen your muscles and feel super fit and powerful within a few weeks. Boxing is a great physical and mental workout that increases your confidence and serotonine level.

Flexible and Fun
Our classes are 7 days per week, in the morning and every day in the evening between 17:00 and 22:00!
Any missed classes can be made up at a later time. It’s as easy as it sounds!
