The Boxing Sisters community is a great way for women to get fit and strong while having fun. In just 6 weeks you’ll learn all the techniques of boxing, burn fat, strengthen your muscles and feel super fit and powerful. Boxing is a great physical and mental workout that increases your confidence and serotonine level.

Our clubs are open 7 days per week. You can train any day you like.
