At Boxing Sisters and 12RNDS, we strive to exceed expectations in everything we do. We’re looking for a dedicated Customer Service / Sales Representative who can deliver a 5-star experience, ensuring every customer interaction ends with a smile.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist our customers and potential clients via email, WhatsApp & chat, providing personalized support. About 80% of all inquiries will be in via German or English. For other languages like Dutch and Norwegian, you’ll use advanced translation tools to communicate effectively.
- When requested, call a client by phone to provide support and advice—no cold-calling involved.
- Engage with customers in your own unique way, within our guidelines—no standard scripts.
- Offer expert advice and solutions that not only solve problems but delight our customers.
- Work towards improving customer satisfaction (NPS) and hitting your sales targets every day.
- Use your freedom to resolve issues on the spot, leaving customers feeling valued and appreciated.
What We’re Looking For:
- Fluent in both German and English, with strong communication skills.
- Customer service experience, with a passion for making people happy.
- A proactive team player who is always ready to learn and grow.
- Availability to work at least one day on the weekend.
