Do I need any boxing experience for the BOX&BURN Try-Out?

No experience needed at all. The try-out is designed for everyone, including women who have never boxed. Our coaches adapt every class to your level, so you can start whenever you're ready.

Which classes can I join?

All of them. Your credits give you access to every class type — boxing, bag workout, strength & conditioning and more. Mix and match however you like.

What equipment do I need to bring?

Just sportswear and clean indoor shoes. Boxing gloves can be borrowed for free if you don't have your own.

What if I miss a class?

No problem. There's no fixed schedule — your credits stay valid for 6 months, so you simply book another class whenever it suits you.
