Technique & Skills is all about refining your boxing technique and skills at a higher level. In these intensive sessions, different elements of boxing are covered at a high pace. Punching technique, footwork and stance are applied in practice through attacking and defensive combinations, so you don't just learn the technique — you really understand it and use it.

Throughout these classes you continuously learn new techniques and combinations, which keeps every session challenging and varied. The wide variety of drills and training formats keeps you developing and getting better at boxing.
