Warrior Flow Yoga at Boxing Sisters is yoga with power. We combine dynamic vinyasa sequences, strength-building poses and warrior-inspired flows so you don't just stretch — you build real strength, balance and focus. This is yoga for women who want both calm and challenge in one practice.

In every class you flow through standing sequences, balance poses and grounded movements that activate your whole body. The pace is steady, the focus deep. You'll feel your core, legs and shoulders working — and notice your mind sharpen along with your breath. It's the perfect counterbalance to your boxing training.
