The Boxing Sisters community is a great way for women to get fit and strong while having fun. In just 8 weeks you’ll learn all the techniques of boxing, burn fat, strengthen your muscles and feel super fit and powerful. Boxing is a great physical and mental workout that increases your confidence and serotonine level.
You will feel fit, strong and simply happier!
Vacation plans, sick or just busy during the 8 week course?
No worries! Your credits are valid for 4 months and you can catch up all missed classes (during or after the 8-week course). Super flexible and fun!






Good to know:
- Workout: 60 minutes per class
- Locations: Our indoor training spaces in Helsinki are located at Kolmas Linja 21 and Energiakatu 3
- Super flexible: You can book your sessions (days/time/location) each week in advance and change it up to 6 hours before the session starts
- Start beginners course between 1 May and 11 May 2023
- Limited number of places available
