An intensive and fun 8 week course for women in Groningen
Did you know that boxing is one of the best workouts to become fit and strong in a very short amount of time? With our professional 8-week boxing course we make boxing accessible, safe and fun for woman. You do not need any experience to start, and we promise you will have a smile on your face every class.
During the course you will learn step by step all the techniques of boxing, burn fat, strengthen your muscles and feel super fit and powerful within a few weeks. Boxing is a great physical and mental workout that increases your confidence and serotonine level.

You’re on holiday, sick or you just can’t make it?
No worries! Your credits are valid for 4 months and you can catch up all missed classes (during or after the 8-week course)! Super flexible and fun!
- Duration of one training session: 60 minutes
- Advice: Two training sessions per week (8 weeks)
- You can book your sessions (days/time/location) each week in advance and change it up to 6 hours before the session starts
- Our training space in Groningen is indoor (Smirnoffstraat 3) and very easily accessible.
And keep in mind that it’s not a problem to miss classes because of a vacation or any other reason. Your credits are valid more then 4 months and you can catch up all classes! Super fun!
