Looking for a boxing course in Berlin for women?
Boxing Sisters offers an 8 week boxing course in Berlin especially for women between 18 and 55 years old. During this course women will learn all aspects of boxing within 8 weeks.
Because of the professional guidance and the very technical and intensive classes you will lose weight quickly, gain more power and feel fit and strong. After 8 weeks you have more confidence and feel more resilient. You will feel fitter and more vital – both physically and mentally.
Boxing is one of the most complete sports there is. Boxing is about endurance, reaction time, flexibility, speed, timing… The training is all-round: you build a great condition and every body part is covered. The versatile training appeals to all your muscle groups so your body will quickly transform into the fitter version of you.
- Duration of one training session: 60 minutes
- Two training sessions per week (8 weeks)
- You can book your sessions (days/time/location) each week in advance and change it up to 6 hours before the session starts
- You can choose between sessions that take place in the morning, afternoon or in the evening, from Monday to Saturday
- Our training rooms are located in various places in Prenzlauer Berg, Kreuzberg & Mitte
- Course fee is € 165 euro for 16 lessons
You’re on holiday, sick or you just can’t make it? No problem, because you can arrange your course schedule according to your own plans. So if you can’t make it to the training session, you can simply catch up at another time. You can make up missed training time up to 2 months after the end of the course.
