Our Beginners Classes are the perfect starting point for your boxing journey. We’ve meticulously designed these classes to introduce you to the world of boxing in a supportive, empowering, and safe environment exclusively for women.
If you’re ready to lace up your gloves and embrace a leaner, stronger, and more confident version of yourself, this is the place to be.
Your journey as a boxer begins with our Beginners League. Here you will learn the basics of boxing within 10 classes. Various boxing and defense techniques are on the program, as well as strength and conditioning training.
You do not need any martial arts experience and you can join our classes untrained. Our beginners classes are specifically geared towards female starters.
You get an all-round training focused on strength, core and condition training to follow at your level. The focus is mainly on strengthening your body and mind.
Engage with us twice a week. Train bi-weekly to maintain a steady momentum in your learning and ensure you are continually progressing. Consistency is key in boxing, and with two sessions a week, you’ll find your technique, strength, and confidence growing leaps and bounds.

Your journey doesn’t end here. After completing 10 Beginners Classes, you can proceed to our Advanced Classes. This next phase is designed to take your training to a whole new level, introducing you to more complex techniques and helping you perfect your boxing style.
